`merge-syncthing-config` warning

The merge-syncthing-config[7630]: I/O warning : failed to load "/home/lua/.local/state/syncthing/config.xml": No such file or directory warning appears every second in journalctl.

/.local/state/syncthing/config.xml does indeed not exist. I want to investigate what merge-syncthing-config is, and why it expects a file at that path.

seems like the config location was changed to ~/.local/state/syncthing/config.xml in version 1.27.0 [1]. But my config is still located at ~/.config/syncthing/config.xml.
