Migration of old API catalog endpoints

New catalog should have all the features the old one had. May be even better than old one.

But most important ones are

• Teams/Organization (Old api catalog had something called namespace)
• Ability to add multiple schemas
• Setup various tags. Filter by tags
• Search by name, schema type etc
• Add links or documents
• Swagger support
