Move intake page to jekyll

One of the most visited pages on the existing Hub is the intake page. This is a page that has not yet been migrated to the handbook, and may in fact be its own corpus. Andrew has discuss with Will S (the owner of this page) and we want to investigate moving it to its own jekyll site and then seeing how we can add it to the search results
