System.IO.FileNotFoundException when launching Winium Mobile Driver in Windows 10

Hi,
I know this issue is already reported but the thing is I tried everything. I installed latest Windows 10 Emulator and SDK (10.0.15063.0). Emulator is working fine and I launched Winium mobile driver using administrator permission it display below message. Can you provide a solution for this problem?

Could you please try installing Windows Phone 8.1 SDK or Emulators https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/sdk-archive
