Add versions to wp_enqueue_script

I would recommend adding version numbers to the scripts and styles you are enqueuing. This is important for caching purposes. If you make an update and change the version of Mondernizr, users browsers could have it cached. Adding a version will be sure it uses the new version and not the cached version.

You can use the version number for things like Modernizr or it is commonplace to use the date you are adding this to the theme as the version.
