AEM_CNTRL: Create screen recording demonstrating how to install AEM

A video is worth a thousand words of documentation. Having a video demonstration of the installer would make it a lot easier for people to grasp what is involved (and how easy it is).

The video should cover the following points:

• Create aem_user
• Create /opt/adobe and chown aem_user:aem_user /opt/adobe
• JBang is in the PATH (perform a JBang --version command)
• All the installation files are in the current directory (perform a dir or ls)
• Demonstrate the location where AEM is to be installed does not exist (again using dir or ls)
• Invoke the installation
• Show that AEM is installed properly (run AEM, then go to the admin us/welcome to show the SP#)
