Add regression tests

[A-CGray]

Add regression tests for each element type/constitutive class that involve:

1. Reading in a mesh
2. Solving a static/dynamic problem
3. Computing output functions
4. Eventually, computing gradients

As well as checking values are correct, should also these tests should also be used to track code performance via runtime and memory usage (info available from testflo)
