Publish AFMReader to JOSS #69

We should consider publishing AFMReader to the Journal of Open Source Software as this will give a DOI and make the work citeable.
They have a very useful...
- Submission Instructions (note the Requirements subsection).
- Review Criteria against which submissions are reviewed.
- Review Checklist which is the checklist reviewers complete when reviewing (I've done a couple now).
We should also consider publishing the releases to ORDA, there is a GitHub Action to release to ORDA although I've found it to be a bit hit and miss.
