Option to ignore database entries

I would like to request a feature to be able to ignore Stash database entries which already have metadata.

Currently database entries are overwritten if the metadata don't match. At least for the description this happens.

Two options would be the best:

1. Ignore database entries which already have metadata
2. Ignore database entries which have a Stash ID
