Handling missing dependencies across OS's #16
Description
There are a number of issues arising from dependencies not existing on conda for different operating systems:
These could be resolved by creating 3 separate environment.yml files for each operating system and updating preparation instructions. Although work noting #4 is not a problem on WSL2 but is on native windows.
