[Feature] Time Requirement for unlocking Tech #1

Describe the feature you'd like

  • The suggestion is: When you click to research a new Tech, and you have the requirements, the Tech enters in the "Researching state", and will only be unlocked after the research time is over. That way, you can create a Tech just like AoE (Age of Empires), and avoid mass research from the side of players.

Another idea to complement this one, would be, that if you are researching one tech, you cannot start a new one. Making players choose which ones they are going to pick.

Additional context
Example:

  • Player A clicks Research "Cookies", it then enters in Research Mode for 1h and he cannot research anything else, until "Cookies" are done.
