Error Message in flx.py

For a new user, the first time the flx.py script is run can be confusing due to the lack of an error message here.

Suggested fix:
Add a print statement above this line that indicates that a project name must be given.

It has been fixed in the FlixelCommunity fork: https://github.com/FlixelCommunity/flixel/blob/master/utils/generate-flixel-project.py

It should still work with AdamAtomic's version of Flixel, so you can just pop it right into your existing project (but I would recommend checking out the fork too).
