Layout is broken on «Contact Support» screen

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch AdGuard Mini for Mac
2. Open the Support section
3. Navigate to the Contact Support screen

Expected Behavior

The layout is displayed correctly
Titles and input fields (Email and Theme) are properly aligned and not broken

Actual Behavior

The layout is broken for Email and Theme input fields
The title and inputs are misaligned
