Speed values on the ISOBUS aren't correct

I got a dongle to test the U-Drill.

TC / SC logs on as it should.

Speed value is 0.0 km/h...

All gives 0.0 except the very last option which gives 10x the value.

(I also noticed that one of the speeds are actually 10x on our KUHN too)

Radar and wheel speed MUST come from TECU.
SA should be 26 (which is different than our TC)
By putting it on the bus with PCAN-View the speed is recognised.

I'm not sure how to change our TC to put these with the right SA.
