[feat] Expose ourselves as a Machine Board

If we'd send the PGNs towards AgOpenGPS we could appear as a Machine Board in AgIO.

@Pat-I if someone fogets to hit the Set button then Task Controller would be listening on a whole different subnet and wouldn't communicate with AgOpenGPS at all.
