Accuracy of the solver

In the recent past I was exposed to a few SPH solvers and was actually surprised to find out that many of them lack any validation or verification test. I understand that you build this nice project for educational purpose, but did you ever test the accuracy for a pipe flow? The setup is quite easy and Hagen-Poiseuille supplied an analytical solution to compare to.

Thank you for the nice comments - I agree with you, so I have merged in a very basic test setup just trying to get a hang of it.

Currently, this code does not have inlet/outlet implemented in regards to the physical modelling of flow, but it can be done definitely. I am mainly focusing on improving further the efficiency of the code and make it as fast as possible - of course adding more options/features would be awesome and if you have any specific idea you want to program in, I would really enjoy trying to support you with that - to the best of my ability and availability.

I have a few test cases in the repo, mainly the still wedge, which is quite 'boring' - but gives an immaculate understanding of the density diffusion schemes, stability and so forth.

Thanks for addressing my issue.
I wasn't actually thinking about inflow and outflow, but simple pipe flow which can be realised with periodic boundary conditions.
I'll have a look at the code, but time is quite limited at the moment.
