Quick howto convert to python 3.7:

apt install 2to3
apt install python3-lib2to3
apt install python3-toolz
apt install python3-pip

2to3 read_waveplus.py --write
pip3 install bluepy

your bluepy dir

cd /usr/local/lib/python3.7/dist-packages/bluepy
chmod +x bluepy-helper

might also need sudo setcap 'cap_net_raw,cap_net_admin+eip' bluepy-helper
