some of the following issues were observed during a user test this week.

• change add store to add location, since not all locations will be stores.
• the longitude and latititude field comes before the add location field, this is confusing as we don't expect the average user to know their lat/long. add location should be first, and lat long doesn't necessarily need to be visible to the user.
• (split to new issue) users cannot be deleted from the app, or their role changed by an admin. this should be possible.
• (split to new issue) when adding a location, I can set up the state and local government as kaduna, but be in abuja and still enter abuja cooordinates for that location. there should be some kind of geofencing to prevent this.
