Hi Alex,
Do you have any idea where you found Mouse.exe? I've had a copy floating around for years that is dated to 2010, but I've no idea where it came from!
I've an inkling that it might've come from a user on DosTips (einstein1969 or possibly carlos) but the dates dont quite line up.
I ask because it doesn't behave correctly on Terminal, which is a real shame, and I wanted to report change in behaviour to Microsoft, but knowing anything about Mouse.exe would help with making the report!
A friend did do a decomp/analysis of what it does which I can share if you'd like.
