File upload breaks without mimeTypeValidator and Analyzer enabled in >8.6.0

Description of the bug

when removing the the mimetypevalidator from the datatype in applicationmetadata, its no longer able to upload any file

Steps To Reproduce

1. set backend v to >8.6.0
2. remove mimetypevalidtor + analyzer from datatype in applicationmetadata

This seems to have been fixed with FileAnalyzers set to v 8.0.0 :)
