Mechanaar respawn outaide

In Mechanaar dying causes a respawn at the graveyard instead of at the dungeon entrance.

This is a known issue with the respawn logic, it is poorly written and I do not have the time to update it right now. I am open to pull requests however. I will keep this issue open for obvious reasons.
