Allow acceleration and caps anistropy

In rawaccel I had it where all the X and Y values were the same except for output cap, where Y was greater.

Hey, I understand the request, unfortunately I also feel like this is a very specific feature. There currently are more "vital" things to be worked on. From a quick look at the impact - it would require (non-trivial) changes to multiple acceleration modes on the driver side as well as the GUI side, and obviously tests to wrap it all up. This doesn't mean that I'll never implement this request, just that I'll take some time for me to get around to it (think months).
