How to set pauses and identify emotional coloring ?

I'v tried [INST] emotion [/INST] - that is not working - all reading.

How I can set pauses and identify emotional coloring in text?

In one place of one text (!) it should be sad, in other - angry, happy, fanny, horny\playful, neutral and so on.

Also speed - some words should be sayng very slow and some fery fast
