Set up Redoc which refers to the schema.yml which is auto generated

Right now, sphinx isn't properly set up with redoc. This issue needs to be fixed by solving that issue.

IntelOwl appears to be using sphinx-redoc plugin to generate the redoc html file in their conf.py
