Cool statistics about user location

Show to the user the cases of focus points near him: close blcks, neighbourhood, kilometers.
The user should be able to draw a polygon of a determinated region, search for a region (block, neighbourhood etc) or specify a radius.
This filter need to be inserted into the queryString, because with this functionality the user can share the highlighted area to anyone.
