Connecting the keyboard to the same USB port after charging does not work. #427
Description
To reproduce, try to charge your laptop via usb-c, and then connect keyboard (or maybe anything else) to the same usb-c port. In my case keyboard does not reacting at all.
The port I use is near HDMI port.
