Cross compilation with ros-kinetic

The older sdk provided is for indigo, is there any other version that supports the kinetic version of the workspace?

Our car runs on indigo but we wanted to update to kinectic.

It is possible to make a cross-compiling , But for now I am busy to do it. You can try by yourself.
