Where can I get avs/version.h ?

Hi.
I'm building ffmpeg myself for the first time in years, but I can't enable avisynth.
ffmpeg's configure requires avs/version.h (due to a patch that qyot27 sent to ffmpeg in 2022), but I can't find it in FilterSDK.
Please give me version.h.

avs/version.h missing from the FilterSDK turns out to be an oversight in the Inno Setup script used to generate the installer. That will have to be fixed, but the FilterSDK isn't strictly necessary anymore, since the headers can be installed through a special invocation of CMake.

(Again, something to improve would be that the VersionGen routine would be run if HEADERS_ONLY is true, as it currently is only run automatically when the entire project is built.)

Quick fix, though, this is the result of running it on the current HEAD of the master branch:

From running the command shown above. arch.h is also generated at buildtime and falls victim to the same oversight as version.h not getting picked up by the installer.

Except in this case, you don't actually need arch.h; FFmpeg doesn't care about the AVS_ARCH macro in version.h, so you can just comment it out.

cmake didn't give me version.h but it created arch.h, so I was able to successfully build ffmpeg with --enable-avisynth.

For anyone who runs into trouble in the future, I think you should release the FilterSDK, which also contains arch.h and version.h, separately from the installer.
Even if you fix the installer script, it may introduce a new bug.
And you may not find out about it until three years later.

That's CMake (or MSys2, I guess) now defaulting to using Ninja as the generator instead of Make, so

ninja VersionGen
ninja install
