Sectigo Root CA is wrong in Azure Functions #2648

This is probably not the place to report this, but i could not find where to report the issue otherwise.
I was experiencing issues contacting one of our domains from our python function app and after extensive debugging i found that the /etc/ssl/certs/Sectigo_Public_Server_Authentication_Root_R46.pem, while it exists, does not contain what it should. It has the exact same content as /etc/ssl/certs/Sectigo_Public_Server_Authentication_Root_E46.pem (note: E46, not R46) so i assume someone has made an error when adding these certificates?
