Describe the Bug with repro steps

When browsing MCP Servers, they are expanded by default (as expected). However, I can't collapse them. When I click on the v arrow I expect it to collapse.

Now this behavior occurs when a single MCP Server is visible so maybe that is by design. But, notice some odd behavior when adding another entry. It looks like there always has to have an open item.
