Describe the Bug with repro steps

Repro Steps:

1.Create a Logic App Standard application.
2.Go to the workflow section and create a stateful workflow.
3.Click on Enable Preview.
4.Add an HTTP request trigger and a Compose action or any workflow of your choice.
5.Publish the workflow

**Expected result:**after pusblishing the workflow publish button should be disabled
Actual result: after publishing the drafted workflow still publish button is enabled
