The examples for az containerapp secret set only provide a trivial example.

How do we handle secret-values containing an ';' or ':' or ' ' (space) or '"' (double quote) or ''' (single quote) or any other special characters that might break the command or parameter list? For one value and for multiple values.

Same holds for az containerapp update --set-env-vars and replace vars.
