There is no "quick and easy" way for a program chair or division chair to "nag" a faculty member about uploading a syllabus. I could foresee two new features:
- A global "nag everybody" button that the administrators can use to send an email to ALL faculty who are missing syllabi.
- A button for each course with no syllabus that the PC/DCs can use to send an individual email to one faculty about each individual course (or, one per faculty member, since a faculty member who doesn't upload one syllabus probably has more than one missing).
I would recommend the application opens their default mail client with a draft message, prefilled with boilerplate language and a list of the missing courses for each faculty member (for option 2 above). For option 1, a boilerplate message is probably all we can do there.
