config file to automate net construction

Would be great for a dataset to generate a config file indicating:

• input/output dirs, output prefix name
• net definitions: net name ("clinical"), path_to_unit_file (clinical.txt), type (profile|ranged data), similarity function (PearsonCorr|normDiff|custom), custom .R file, colour (for enrichment map)

would streamline creation of "network composition" automatically by predictor. would automate creation of different net types through switch-case statement. would automate generation of enrichment map etc., downstream.
