Double Skillpoints /class features after respec and leveling up

Respec Mod is the only mod I am running and I am running into this new issue.

1. Respec a companion from level 1 - I tried this on Woljif and Lann
2. At some point during the level up process you will get the old class features and skill points for free giving you class features and skill points you shouldnt have
3. Woljif got 18 skill points on a level up after respec
4. Lann got all his monk features back on a level up after respec when I made him a pure Shifter

Something is going wrong. Can you please look into it?

Edit - this only seemed to happen if I uninstalled the mod after respeccing and then got the bug on the next level up. Could be related
