Using respec on Lann grants an additional racial ability boost #261

Ostensibly, this also happens on Wenduag, but I've noticed it on Lann since he's the one in the party.
When using respec on Lann he gets an additional instance of his mongrel racial ability boost which looks to function like a human's ability boost, applying a +2 modifier to any ability. The ability value can be modified in Toybox back to its original value, but that changes the base value, not the modified value, which can have some impact on other mechanics like feat selection.
Granted, none of his base stats can be lowered enough to actually prevent taking a feat, but it serves as a novel example of modifying the ability value in Toybox.
Additionally, using "respc from recruit level" does not have this issue, but does create an instance where his background, deity, and level 1 feats are shown empty. They are indeed applied to his character correctly, so this seems like a visual bug only.
