Forge build 2750 knocks out /extTweaker command

Forge build 2750 knocks out /extTweaker command if connected to a server. Still works fine in single player.

forge build 2755 knocks it in single player too. This is getting worse.

Can confirm it still doesn't work in Forge 2796.
