Allow players to set the biome of their island.

While testing our new server, I realized my island was in a desert biome and one of our other testers ended up with snow. Would it be possible to get a command that would let players change the biome for their island? I've seen it in older packs so I'm hoping something list /island setbiome <biome> could be added.
