Failed to download the japsa singularity image

Thank you for making a so flexible and valuable workflow, it fits my needs perfectly.
But when I tested it by the type "Assembly only workflow", using the command "nextflow main.nf --samplesheet test_data/samples_1.csv --outdir test_data_outdir", I failed to download the japsa singularity image. I want to know how I can fix this?

Hi Huaping,

It looks like the error is a timeout when fetching the image.

Can you try the singularity command separately to check you can pull the image?
singularity pull --name vmurigneux-japsa-latest.img.pulling.1734509647381 docker://vmurigneux/japsa:latest
