meshclust not in latest release?

Thanks for this tool - I am exploring it for full-length 16S rRNA gene sequence data generated with ONT.

Now, I obtained the latest source code and can compile it (after fixing the issue with the cmake file discussed in another thread), and run identity. However, I did not find the meshclust binary. I expected this to be included (Identity & MeShClust). Is it possible to clarify? Otherwise, would it be possible to point me to the source of MeShClust 3.0?
