If I may make a recommendation, I don't think it's worth adding a call to the calendar the day before it happens. People won't see it in time, and likely already have other plans.

So if you need to make a call issue the day before, then I wouldn't add it to the calendar (meaning no call label). If you want it on the calendar, post it at least 4 days (or better a week) before it happens, and also promote it in the community. kthxbye
