Make STARmap position rescaling dynamic #52
Description
Currently, the STARmap positions are rescaled such that the median neighbours distance is 35, matching the neighbourhood distances in the other samples when n_neighbors=10. Improve so that the median is not hardcoded and also works for other n_neighbors.
