Notifications: Add Timestamps

Notifications

We already have real time alerts for clipboard. Lets add:

• timestamp in local time HH::MM::SS

The "2m ago" is a default Mac setting. But not very "Realtime".
A full timestamp should be much better UX. Alerts "pile up" now on Mac, without very good visibility.
