Clarify News Feed

Remove un-necessary stuff from news feed, showing only the news items we want. Right now we want to remove

• Updates to photos
• Links

Maybe mark the ones we want to show as highlights, then only those items will show up (if that is an option in the API)

This isnt an option in the FB API, so need another way to do this
