Ensure Data API Can be Used for All Data Analysis

In lieu of downloading insecure csv files, make all data requests through RJson using the authentication/authorization requiring data API.

Need to figure out how to filter based on linked resources. For example if I want to get only Body Weights.

Also need to determine how to get all the data for a particular cohort, study or treatment group.
