API v1.6.5 release does include commit dba66ec #49

Hello,
The API Documentation v1.6.5 mentions a few things that are not available in the latest 1.6.5 release, such as the SNM_MODE_DYNAMIC_PLUS but are present in main branch in commit dba66ec (Add AFBR-S50 API v1.6.5).
So it seems that this whole commit is not included in the release and also the next one 813f86b (Update to AFBR-S50 API v1.6.5).
Was it intended not to include these 2 commits in the release ?
I would love to be able to use some of these new features including the SNM_MODE_DYNAMIC_PLUS or the reworked signalQuality indicator.
