Make the Apiarist's Pipe sort larvae

I am not sure how many people actually use the Apiarist's Pipe, but I found it to be quite usefull when automating Bees with BuildCraft. However it bugs me that it is unable to sort larvae.

I think this has been implemented in both the new apiarist's pipe and forestries equivalent, but only in 1.12. Unfortunately I doubt this will be implemented in 1.7 (assuming this is still missing from 1.7)
