Small: Edit comments

In the video player view, we currently have the option to add and delete comments with the timestamp, but there should also be an option to edit the comments

Notes:

• A dialog should appear with the original content (same tiptap based component)
• Show (edited) label next to an edited comment
• users can only edit their own comments of course

Implemented in a189b4d. Users can now edit their own review comments:

• Edit button (pencil icon) on hover for own comments
• Dialog with tiptap editor pre-filled with original content
• (edited) label shown next to timestamp after editing
• Backend validates ownership — only the comment author can edit
