Exemplary files should "make sense" and demonstrate a common case

Some elements in our exemplary files are probably nonsensical. Someone with domain knowledge should go through our files and make sure they make sense. Things to focus on:

• HVAC systems
• Lighting systems
• Schedules (for occupancy, equipment, etc)
• Measures (demonstrate both low/no-cost and capital)
