Implement trigger-alignment in Python

Write some scripts that replicate @lilianAweber's MATLAB-based trigger alignment in Python, so that we can begin to perform deconvolutional analyses etc. of the MEG data.

In the branch align-triggers, I've implemented some changes to the Jupyter notebook debug_align_triggers.ipynb (with some support from AI...) that means it now runs successfully rather than crashing. We now need to check whether the trigger alignment is working appropriately or not, and implement a version of this as a .py file that can generalise to other datasets beyond this example. @lilianAweber @amyxli
